See it and believe it

The National CLT Network launched their See it and Believe it grants programme as a way for early stage CLTs, CLT Steering Groups and even established CLTs to meet and learn from fellow volunteers across the country. Spreading the word is an incredibly important part of our mission and we want to encourage any interested communities to seek out opportunities to be inspired!

The videos below have been produced by the National CLT Network in association with Carnegie UK Trust, a tremendous supporter of Community Land Trusts. Each video lasts around 5 minutes and shows real communities from across England who explain in their own words why they chose a CLT.

The Community Trust finished construction of 20 homes in 2012. 10 of the homes are rented, two shared ownership and eight self-build.
